Please be aware that all ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the extensive pre-event preparations involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Ticket Policy: All event ticket purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All Sales Final: Ticket purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets are personal to the purchaser and may not be resold or transferred without prior approval from Ultimate Athlete.

Event Changes: Ultimate Athlete reserves the right to make changes to the event lineup, location, or timing as needed.

Cancellations: If an event is canceled, we will notify ticket holders and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit.

CODE OF CONDUCT & LIABILITY WAVER
​
All attendees must follow event rules and respect the safety and enjoyment of others. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

By attending an Ultimate Athlete event, you assume all risks associated with participation. Ultimate Athlete and its partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
​
We are committed to maintaining fairness and consistency across all our events. To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, please review our ticket transfer policy below:

No Event Transfers – Once a ticket is purchased for a specific Ultimate Athlete event, it cannot be transferred to a different event, regardless of availability or circumstances.

Fixed Registration – Each ticket is tied to a designated event date and cannot be deferred to a future or alternate event.

Resale & Name Changes – Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to another person without prior approval from Ultimate Athlete. No resale tickets will be issued within two weeks of the event. If you are unable to attend, please contact us to explore possible options. If your teammate changes, there is an £10 fee to update the registration.

No Exceptions – We do not accommodate event transfers due to scheduling conflicts, availability changes, or unexpected circumstances. It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm their ability to attend before purchasing a ticket.​
